  • Coach fundamental golf skills in an age-appropriate and encouraging way
  • Supervise and manage small groups of children during sessions
  • Communicate clearly and positively with both children and parents
  • Assist with holiday clinics, weekend sessions and after-school programs
  • Uphold safety standards and venue policies at all times

Availability

The successful candidate will ideally be available to oversee programs:

Junior Coaching Assistants- Casual

Supa Golf Junior Academy | 02/02/2026

The Supa Golf Junior Academy is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Junior Coaching Assistants to support our play-based programs for children across multiple age groups — from toddlers through to school-age kids.

These casual roles support our Supa Tots (Toddlers), Supa Sprouts (Preschool) and Supa Juniors Academy (School-Age) classes. You’ll work alongside accredited coaches to help deliver fun, safe and engaging sessions that build confidence, coordination and a love of being active.

About This Role

As a Junior Coaching Assistant, you’ll help set up and run activities, encourage participation, support small groups of children and assist coaches during classes. Sessions are energetic, hands-on and play-first, with younger age groups focused on movement and games, and older groups introducing more structured golf activities in a relaxed, supportive environment.

These roles would suit people studying or working in teaching, early childhood, phys ed, sport or recreation, as well as anyone with experience coaching or supervising children who enjoys an active, outdoor role.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, patient and reliable attitude
  • Confidence working with children across different age groups
  • Ability to follow coaching direction and support group activities
  • Good communication skills with both children and parents
  • A Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
