About This Role
We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Team member to join our hands-on team. You’ll carry out first- and second-fix tasks and general maintenance across the property, and be directly involved in significant redevelopment and expansion projects — working day-to-day with a master craftsman. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, wants to broaden their trade skills, and learns quickly on the job.
You must hold a valid driver’s licence and have your own transport, appropriate trade experience (first & second fix), the legal right to work in Australia, and basic English communication skills. Tools are provided and you’ll work in a beautiful resort environment with plenty of practical learning opportunities as part of our growth projects.

- The Swan Valley Events Centre: a newly refurbished and upgraded 150 PAX function space with dedicated amenities, including enterprise-grade presentation facilities.
- Gerry’s: Featuring New Haven-style pizzas, pub favourites, hearty sandwiches and toasties, and sweet treats, we’ve got something for everyone. Pair it with craft beer, wine, or great coffee and settle in.
- Supa Golf & Supa Putt: an 18-hole golf course and 18-hole mini golf course that offers an outdoor entertainment venue like no other in Australia.
Our culture
Our group of companies aspires to be the best we can be every day. We are obsessively committed to continuous improvement and repeatable quality, which means operating with candour and regular feedback. Our businesses are highly standardised and process-driven.
We might have multiple businesses and departments in the group, but we are one team with a shared vision, mission, and values. We love hard work and hate politics.
About You
We are looking to attract the top 5%, the naturally driven and self-motivated with ambition and goals, people who are fearless in the disciplined hard work and sacrifices required to succeed. This is not a clock-in-and-out culture; we are building something special. That requires special people.

Therefore, you must be highly adaptable to change and thrive in an environment that is in a hurry to get things done.
Our commitment to continuous improvement means you must be highly resilient and able to take on feedback without being defensive. Most people don’t like feedback, but those of us who embrace it realise it’s the foundation of personal growth and mastery.

Pizza Chef
Swan Valley Hotel | 15/10/2025
About This Role
Love pizza? We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about dough, toppings, and creating great flavours to join our team at Gerry’s. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the craft of New Haven–style pizza while helping us bring something special to the Swan Valley.
If you’ve worked with pizza before, love working in kitchens, and want to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit.
At Gerry’s, our style is inspired by the award-winning New Haven pizza of Connecticut, USA. Picture this: a Neapolitan-style dough made from premium Italian 00 flour, cold-fermented for 72 hours, stretched extra thin, and fired at 450–500°C for around 90 seconds. The result? A well-charred, flavour-packed pizza with a signature smaller cornicione (puffy crust) and serious character.
