Step 1
Application
If you’re on this page now you’ve already done this bit, phew!
It’s important to us that the people we hire live up to the standards they’ve set for themselves in their application; if you’ve told us you’ve got the skills we’re after you can bet we are going to want to see you apply them.

Step 2
Shortlisting & questionnaire
Our recruitment team will review the applications they’ve received and create a shortlist of the standout applications.
Applicants who have been shortlisted will continue on to the next step in our recruitment journey which is a questionnaire designed to help us get to know you a bit better.
When you’ve completed the questionnaire your response will go direct to our recruitment team who will review it ASAP.

Step 3
Phone screening
We’re just calling to say hi—okay, maybe a bit more than that. This is our chance to get to know each other better and see if we’re on the same wavelength. It’s a screening, but think of it as a quick ‘hello’ before the main event!

Step 4
Interview
The big moment! Now we get to really connect, ask the good questions, and see if the spark is mutual. Just be yourself, bring that talent we know is there, and let’s make this conversation count. For some roles, we might even throw in a little role-play—don’t worry, it’s just to see how you’d handle real-life situations and show off your skills in action!

Step 5
Psychometric testing
This step won’t be required for every role, we’ll let you know if this one applies for you.
If your role needs a bit of extra insight, we might send you a quick psychometric test. It’s just a fancy way of saying we’d love to understand your skills and strengths a little better.
Step 6
Offer
The moment you’ve been waiting for! If we’re as excited about you as you are about us, we’ll be making it official. Expect an offer that outlines all the details—because we want you to feel confident stepping into this role with us. Welcome to the team (almost)!
