  • Focus on the Future: Valuation is invited based on the 7.5-month growth trajectory, not historical renovation data.
  • The Asset: This is a sale of assets and goodwill as a going concern.
  • The Tenure: Ensure your criteria aligns with a 17+10 year leasehold structure.

Incomplete or vague responses regarding valuation logic or financial capability will not be prioritised for follow-up.


Information & Next Steps

Once your enquiry is submitted, our process follows these strict stages to ensure a secure transaction for both parties:

  1. Review: We will review your “Valuation Logic” and “Operational Intent” to ensure a strategic fit.
  2. NDA: Qualified leads will be sent a digital Non-Disclosure Agreement for immediate execution.
  3. Capability Check: A high-level confirmation of your ability to transact (e.g., a letter of intent or proof of funds) will be required.
  4. IM Release: Following verification, you will receive the full Information Memorandum, the Asset Schedule, and the 7.5-month performance data.
